I have the same leads, I think they are a very good design especially with the molded ends.
Good buy imo

1 plug lead is broke already, pulled it off and the inside bit stayed on the plug, have emailed the company 2 weeks ago and they have still not replied

Perhaps you should phone them instead of email?

A friend of mine with a Polo had similar issues with K1 leads where the inner part of the lead remained on the plug and the moulded top piece started to become weak and detatch from the lead.
They wouldn't refund so he got Magnecor's instead, although Magnecors are known to fail on the odd car also - prob just luck of the draw to be honest.

i rang them today to ask why no reply to my emails, they said i had to return the whole set to the shop, shop will send them back and they will send a new set to the shop. i said that seems a bit of a waste as i only need 1 and i will be up there way at the weekend so i could pop in and get new one, lady said hold on a sec, a man came on the phone and i explained to him, and said i am going to pod at the weekend, he was OK said what was the part code and how long was the lead i needed, then he arranged for it to be dropped of at express auto parts in rushden, so i can collect it on the way to pod on Saturday

Don't need to. Always grab at the boot, if you can't get your fingers in there use plyers.
