The throttle body fits
Seicento MPI
Punto Mk2 1.2 8v
Panda Mk1 from 2001
Panda Mk2 1.1 and 1.2 for models without Dynamic Vehicle Control.
The throttle body is on exchange or own unit. It is bored out to 40mm with a new butterfly. The throttle positioning sensor is replaced by a new one and new fixing bolts and seal comes with it.

What kind of power gains could be expected using this component on Panda 1.2 8v engine?
Also when you say exchange unit, how does this work?
Do you have pre made units which you send ahead when the unit is ordered? Or is this a case of you wait until receive the customers unit, re work it and send it back?
I'm very interested in this unit as I had a Tricker unit on my Cinquecento which really was a good upgrade and gave bags more torque, but I can't afford to have the car off the road due to work!

 Just to confirm, does the 40mm TB take the same airfilter fitting then? i.e. TB same on outside, different internals after the re-work?

;D Many thanks to Peter (Oldschool) for delivering & fitting my new TB & GSR Mpi kit, does seem to have improved low-down torque, although obviously by changing 2 things at once (junked my K&N mushroom filter) I can't justify which change made the most difference  |

I have been in touch with Tricker about the 40mm throttle body for my panda 1.2 ..he tells me that its not posible to fit it to this engine due to the plastic inlet manifold and the manifold would need converting to do so..  |
