Hello all
I have a FIAT Punto Sporting with FIRE engine 1368cc 16v and Engine No 843A 1000....
I have upgrade it to full second stage tuning with cylinder head preparation, block preparation, Induction and Exhaust...
The things that I have in my engine are below:
Engine Head:[/u]
* Ported and Flowed at super flow flow bench
* New valve drivers
* Valves
* Custom spec cams from Colombo and Barriani
- IN 10mm lift with 270 degrees duration
- EX 9.5mm lift with 269 degrees duration
* Top head painted at Italian colors (green-white-red)
* Iridium Sparks - Denso
Block:
* Over sized chambers
* Over sized Full compression CPS Pistons for Super 1400 use
* Crankshaft has been lightened and weighted at 10.000rpm
* Flywheel has been lightened above 3Kgr
Induction:
* Over sized throttle from 42mm to 55mm from vag 20vt
* Body from Punto mk1 1.2, the metallic one and it has been flowed
* Forced air Induction kit from Peugeot 106 Rallye
* Four throttle body coming soon..... bought from Triumph 1000
Exhaust:
* Exhaust manifold 4-2-1
* basic diameter oversized from 42mm to 51mm
ECU:
* Remapped by me and the Engine rounds at 7800rpm
* DTA ECU coming soon....
