1) Go to the menu at the top of the page, below the logo, click on profile
2) You will see a box thats labled View profile, the first menu lists the following:
Member's Bio - Modify Profile - Bookmarks, select modify profile
3) From the modify profile page you can link to an off site Avatar (Avatar URL box) and also set up your signature
